THE LAST STEP INTO SLAVERY
Over the past 30 years Americans have been duped into a false sense of achievement and personal advancement, freedoms and empowerment when in reality they have become enslaved to the government and corporate America. We have stopped watching our elected officials and allowed them to steal our freedom, our wealth, our morality, our security and our sovereignty. The last step in this long slow march into slavery will be the destruction of our gun rights.

The last step in this long slow march into slavery will be the destruction of our gun rights.
Over the past 30 years there have been a tremendous amount of technological advances including microwaves, cell phones, DVDs, MRIs, cloning, stealth aircraft, play station and other video games, internet, email, etc. etc. Most of these are good but does that make us better people? No, because a person betters him/herself from within. Things can make you happy for a little while but that type of happiness is short lived. Our society has moved from being based on Christianity and family to selfishness and instant self gratification.
The government would have us believe that invading Iraq was a good thing and that we are the wonderful world police. It made us feel good when we saw the statue of Saddam being toppled. But in reality we illegally invaded a sovereign country and millions of people have died because of it. We were told it was good but it cost us trillions. We were told that it would make us safer but after spending all of that money and killing all of those people we are not any safer than we were in 2001. We are a hated nation because of it.
We have been told that globalization was good and that we didn’t have to manufacture things. All we had to do is sell what other countries made and we would take the lions share of the profit. Because of this our manufacturing has gone to other countries that can make goods cheaper. What we find is that those countries consider us the middle man and have cut us out of the equation. Not only have our manufacturing jobs gone away we are now besieged by inferior products that are laced with poisons and toxins. Less than five percent of the imports are checked for conformity to our standards.
America is the largest exporter of pornography in the world. It is a multi-billion dollar industry in the U.S.. We have bought the “free spirit” advertising that corporate America and the government have been promoting. But all of this comes with a hefty price. Over 25% of young adults have some form of sexually transmitted disease.
We were told by corporate America and our government that spending is good and we have to keep spending to keep the economy going. We have now spent ourselves into a pit where we as individuals owe more than we are worth. This is true not only for us as individuals but our government has racked up over $8,000,000,000,000.00 in debt. Our country for all intents and purposes is bankrupt. All that is left is for our creditors, China, Japan, South Korea, etc. to call our loan and our financial system and way of life will come crashing down around our ears.
Illegal immigration has and will continue to divide our country and a country divided against itself cannot stand.
Our sovereignty has been usurped by our leaders allowing us to be under the control of the World Court and the United Nations. We are about to loose more of our sovereignty to the American Union that our administration placed upon us without a vote of Congress or the Senate.
To recap we as individuals (majority of Americans) are bankrupt both financially and morally, our country is bankrupt as will be evident in the year or two to come, and we have lost our sovereignty to governments that not only don’t like our way of life they despise us and would like nothing better than to see our country destroyed.
So now that I have painted such a gloomy picture what more could I add. Well, one thing. There is one last stumbling block in the way of those that want to finally destroy us as a nation and that is our right to bear arms. While Americans still have guns (in copious amounts I might add) the administration in charge will always be wondering if the citizens of this country will wake up and revolt from the tyranny that has been insidiously laid upon them.
“Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not.” ~ Thomas Jefferson
th
The final fight before the slave labor camps in this country start filling will be over the Right To Bear Arms. That time is upon us and this next presidential election will be a major part of that battle.
