I Corinthians 15: 12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
How many people today believe that Christ rose from the dead. Even the Christian Churches are questioning Christ’s resurrection.
13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:
It is important to understand this. Christ was and is the beginning of those that get up from the dead.
14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
Ahah! We are inseparably linked, we and Christ. If Christ rose then the Christians will have to rise from the dead. If He didn’t rise we won’t and can’t rise because Christ didn’t rise.
17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
Vain means to be of no benefit. Your faith (believing) is to no benefit because without Christ rising from the dead to return no more then the payment made by God for the sins of the world By the death of His only begotten Son didn’t happen. Thus we are still in our sins.
18 Then they also which are fallen asleep (died) in Christ are perished (gone for all eternity).
They won’t rise from the dead.
19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
Why? Because we are living a lie.
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
Christ did rise from the dead and we are going to rise, also. In terms of you rising from the dead,
It doesn’t matter if you believe that or not because once you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him form the dead ( the prerequisite for being a Christian Rom 10:9&10) you will go to heaven. I Corinthians 15: 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all (all those that are born again) be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.
But in terms of living in this world it makes it much easier to live day by day because you have something great and wonderful to look forward to.
I Thessalonians 4: 13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (precede) them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
The hope of Christ’s return, it’s our anchor because He is COMING BACK!
